I am in the middle of house moving, wrapping work and some more issues at the personal front and life has been busy very busy. While I have been running across the town to get the house in some order so that we can move and parallely keeping up with work, drawing plans for the summer kids workshop, client deadlines and the likes, my househelp Sunita has been rising up to help me and has kind of taken over the kitchen. Bless her. Some days ago she made a fab Rawa dosa, aloo sbji and chutney for dinner and I tweeted saying “Super thankful for my house help, between trips across the town, dealing with carpenters, painters, a not so well child and work. I am getting good food on the table. Today’s dinner rawa dosa, aloo sabji and chutney #homecooking#blessings #100happydays #mb100happydays“ , the dosa was really appreciated both at home as well as online and when I told her this the next morning, she told me “blog pe recipe daal do Didi“. It amused me and I tweeted that again and a lot of you said you will love to see the recipe. So here it is. The think is she really doesn’t understand what a blog is but some days ago when after being amused of many months on why I click food pics, she asked and I explained and showed the blog too her. Told her its like a recipe book that anyone can see. she was pretty happy and impressed and since then she has been throwing around the word blog off and on. She has also been reading my old tarla dalal, Nita Kapur and Sanjeev Kapoor books and making stuff from it and the other day she told me “didi blog se dhekh lete hain“. I am happy that she is excited. Its a win win really
