Sin-A-Mon Tales

A chronicle of my kitchen experiments, a little healthy a little indulgent

Quick Cooking : Zesty Garlic Toast

I am in love with garlic, yes I know I have said that before and the other long term love I have is zests… orange, lime specially lime. So when I was planning what to make for this Blog Hop from Archana’s lovely blog, I decided to adapt her Garlicky Cheese Toast recipe

Yes yes u dont see so much cheese on it, thats because I made it for myself and whatever said I still feel guilty eating too much cheese Winking smile perfect evening snack for a day when one is lazy and is in a mood for some indulgence

Butter two slices of bread a litte, toast them lightly in the oven. Add some grated cheese on top, some fried garlic and the my key punch a generous amount of fresh lemon zest mixed with freshly ground black pepper

Go ahead, increase the cheese as much as u want or use your imagination to add more fresh herbs, olives may be. Sit back and enjoy with a cup of chai or a tall glass of chilled latte

Have a nice evening u folks
