As in the last round of BM valli had paired us with one other blogger taking part in the marathon. I had been paired with Priya Suresh and her blog is a treasure for mini bites, after much deliberation I decided to make Idly batter bonda’s. They looked yummy and quick. I followed her recipe fully apart from the fact that I didn’t deep fry, I fried them in paniyaram pans. I am going to skip writing the recipe you can read it from there. Just going to show u in pics what I did
Mix besan and idly batter, saute the dals, mustard seeds, curry leaves and onion together. Add to the batter
Drop a spoonful of batter in the paniyaram pan, repeat for all. Carefully turn all of them and cook the other side. I added 1-2 drops of oil for each
I had a great time this time in the blogging marathon, hope u all enjoyed the mini bites too…
I am sending this to Kids Delight – Mini Bites
