Spicy Chicken Wings
super easy to make and super tasty to eat. They are my fix for weekday chicken eating if Ojas doesn’t want to eat a chicken curry which is more often than I would like it to be 😉

Recipe – Spicy Chicken Wings (everyday home recipe)
What I used
- 8 chicken wings (I mostly use without skin because of health reasons, but go ahead and use with skin if u want)
- 1 tsp chilli green chilli sauce (make it 2 if kids are not going to eat it)
- 1 tsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp red chilli sauce
- 1.5 tsp vinegar
- 2-3 garlic pods crushed
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt to taste
How I made it
- Mix all ingredients apart from salt and chicken together.
- Coat chicken with the mix above and set aside for marination for about 2 hours. After two hours add salt and set aside for 5 mins
- Bake in a pre heated oven at 200C for 20-25 mins till they turn golden brown
yup thats it 🙂

Totally yummy and such a simple marination. Love it. 🙂
thanks uma
SImple amazing marination… I love chicken wings… infact the best I liked were from Aisa in a box. I should try this recipe…
must try them next time I order
why do we add salt only at the end?
basically adding salt in marination to any meat toughens it. I never add salt to the marination.
