The Making of a roti

Does this picture amaze you? Atleast it did me when I saw this in gujurat recently. This are roti’s being made… a lovely and innovative method, let me take you through it pictorially

the rolling in the background, the tava to just warm up the rotis and the instrument for making them fluffy

A little heat and off they go to get all fluffed up

And they are ready and out… loved the way it was being done and loved the way they tasted soft and fluffy
