We all love fish at home and Ojas is also really really fond of it and as he hardly eats any dals I find fish as a very good source of protein for him. Also I personally think that fish is one of the best non-vegetarain food one can have. Low in fats, high in proteins and omega-3 fatty acids. As a result of all this fish is a regular at home and we have it 2-3 times a week. Sometimes I make a fish curry but Ojas is not really fond of it so more often than not I end up making fish roast.
